Pricing
All prices are quoted in US$ unless otherwise noted. Prices are EX Works (Incoterms 2000) our facility in Greely, Ontario, Canada. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
All shipments EX Works Cooper Vision Technologies Inc. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Unless the Customer provides a courier account for shipment, we will select the courier utilizing the most expeditious method.
Ordering
A purchase order number is required unless a credit card number is supplied and approved. Purchase orders will be reviewed for accuracy (pricing, product numbers, quantities) and will not be processed until all errors are corrected. Purchase orders may be submitted via mail, fax or email. Cooper Vision Technologies will provide an order confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you have not received a confirmation within the allotted time frame, please contact us.
Payment Terms
Credit terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated. Credit terms are extended to accounts that have received credit approval and are in good standing. Customers who have on account invoices in excess of 45 days will have new orders put on prepaid until past due balances are paid in full. Non credit accounts may prepay by money order, bank money transfer, company cheque, Visa or MasterCard. International bank money transfers are subject to a $15.00 US bank service charge.
Custom Order Products
Special orders may be subject to a non refundable deposit. Special order products are non-refundable.
Returns
All returns are to be pre-approved by Cooper Vision Technologies. Prior to shipment Customers must first obtain written authorization (RMA) and instructions. Cooper Vision Technologies in its discretion may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. The Customer will be responsible for all costs of packing and shipping any returned product.
Warranties
Products purchased from Cooper Vision Technologies will carry manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturers may offer for a nominal fee additional warranty. If you require an extended warranty please inform
