Cables

Components Express Analog cables are available in four bulk cable types including 24 AWG x 12C, 26 AWG x 8C, 28 AWG x 6C, and Ultraflex. Standard cable lengths include 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 meter cables with custom length cables available. Connector options include male and female six pin, eight pin, and twelve pin plugs, as well as twelve pin jacks, right angle options available for six and twelve pin plugs.

Components Express Coaxpress cables are available in three bulk cable types including Miniature, Hiflex and RG6. Standard cable lengths include .5 – 18 meter cables. Connector options include BNC, 5W5, and DIN 1.0/2.3. three cable speed options available. Desired cable speed may reduce the available options for cable length.

The Camera Link HS interface is a new machine vision connectivity standard. Components Express is working with the Camera Link HS subcommittee to bring reference designs and a more complete specification to the table for industry use as the next generation Machine Vision interface.

Components Express Inc. offers a variety of different style power supplies, including universal wall mounts, desktop and wall mount parts. All power supplies are available with 4, 6, or 12 pin Hirose connectors. Customization is also available for various applications upon request.
