There is plenty of material in the mount to allow each axis to be pinned in position once correct aim has been established. The tilt axis is surfaced with a carbide grit that keys into the opposing surface, increasing the stiffness of the joint.

The SL enclosure is a 316 stainless steel housing for a vertical layout camera and large diameter ringlight designed to work in highly corrosive environments. It is also designed to work in food applications, with moisture traps. The Viewport window is abrasion resistant acrylic, with an optional anti-reflective coating (contact APG for pricing).
